Terms of Service

1.1 About the Platform

EuroPrivat is an online platform serving exclusively as an advertising intermediary and platform for publishing adult service advertisements. The platform does not provide any services directly and does not participate in business transactions between users. EuroPrivat functions solely as a technical platform enabling the publication and search of advertisements.

1.2 Geographic Coverage

Platform services are available throughout the Czech Republic.

1.3 Target Audience

The platform is intended for adults over 18 years of age of all genders and sexual orientations.

2.1 Minimum Age

Access to the platform is permitted exclusively to persons over 18 years of age. Upon first entry to the website, users are shown an age restriction warning.

2.2 Age Verification Responsibility

The user declares that they have reached the age of 18. The platform does not currently perform active age verification of users.

2.3 18+ Warning

An age warning is displayed upon first entry to the website; by continuing, the user confirms they are 18+.

3.1 Registration Types

The platform allows two types of registration:

• Individual user (girl) - ability to create one advertisement
• Salon - unlimited number of advertisements

The user undertakes to provide only truthful and current information.

3.4 Tax and Business Status

The provider does not verify the tax or business status of users. The user bears full responsibility for fulfilling their legal obligations (including tax and registration) related to their activities and advertised services.

3.5 Content License

The user grants the provider a non-exclusive, free license to use the content they have uploaded to the extent necessary for platform operation (storage, display, technical modification, previews) for the duration of advertisement publication. The user has the right to delete their content at any time, which will be immediately removed from the platform.

3.6 Consent of Depicted Persons

The user declares that they have the consent of all depicted persons for taking and publishing photographs and that publication does not infringe on the rights of third parties.

3.7 Account Recovery

In case of forgotten password, the user can recover access through the "Forgot Password" function on the login page. Recovery is done through email address verification. In case of loss of access to the email address and inability to log into the account to change the email, it is not possible to recover access to the account - the account is considered lost.

4.1 Mandatory Requirements

• All mandatory fields in the form must be completed
• Only truthful information
• Text in Czech or English

4.2 Photo Requirements

• Quantity: Up to 10 photographs per advertisement
• File size: Maximum 5MB per file, total maximum 500MB for all photographs
• Formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP
• Quality: High or good image quality
• Content:
  • Display of exposed genitalia is prohibited
  • Nipples and sexual organs must be covered or blurred
  • Face is optional
• Authenticity: Only own photographs
• Processing: The platform automatically optimizes and scales uploaded photographs for display

5.1 Moderation Process

All advertisements undergo moderation before publication. Moderation is conducted objectively and without bias. The average moderation time is 24 hours from the moment the advertisement is submitted.

5.2 Unapproved Advertisements

An advertisement that does not pass approval:

• Will not be published
• May be deleted
• Will remain in "pending review" status until the user removes it themselves

Reasons for rejection: An advertisement may be rejected only due to non-compliance with the publishing rules set out in Article 4 of these terms (incomplete mandatory data, prohibited content, non-compliant photographs, copyright infringement, etc.).

5.3 Hosting Nature

The provider is not obliged to monitor information stored by users or actively search for illegal activities. If they discover the illegal nature of information or are credibly notified of it, they will remove or make the content inaccessible without undue delay (Act No. 480/2004 Coll.).

5.4 Notice of Defective Content (notice-and-takedown)

Defective content can be reported through the contact form or by email specified in Art. 9.1 with advertisement identification and description of defectiveness. The provider will assess the notice and take appropriate measures.

6.1 Current Status

Currently, all basic platform functions are free. The administration reserves the right to decide on placing an advertisement in the "Premium" category at its own discretion; there is no legal entitlement to placement.

• Act cautiously during personal meetings
• Take care of their own safety
• Do not pay in advance for services
• Report suspicious activities to administration

8.1 Retention Period

Advertisements and related data remain on the platform until the user removes them.

8.2 Data Deletion

The user can at any time immediately:

• Delete their advertisement
• Delete all their data from the database
• Delete uploaded photos from servers

Deletion occurs immediately after user confirmation. The platform does not create any backup copies of user data.

8.3 Operational Logs

System operational logs (for security and operation) are retained only for the necessary period (e.g. up to 30 days) for security and fulfillment of legal obligations and are then securely removed. These logs do not contain user personal data.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the legal system of the Czech Republic.

11.2 Terms Validity

If any provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.

11.3 Agreement to Terms

By using the platform, the user expresses agreement with these terms of service.

11.4 Court Jurisdiction

Courts of the Czech Republic according to the provider's registered office have jurisdiction for dispute resolution.
