1) Introduction and acceptance

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the EuroPrivat website (the “Website”). By using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

2) Age restriction (18+)

The Website is intended only for adults aged 18 or older.

• An age warning (pop-up) may be shown upon entry.
• By using the Website and especially by posting a listing, you confirm that you are at least 18.

The Website administration may restrict access or remove content if there is a reasonable suspicion that a user does not meet the age requirement.

3) What EuroPrivat is

EuroPrivat is an adult listings platform. Users publish listings (profiles) on their own.
Important:

• The Website is not an intermediary between users.
• The Website does not participate in negotiations or arrangements.
• The Website does not provide built-in communication tools — contact happens outside the Website using the details provided in the listing (e.g., phone number and phone-linked messengers).

4) User types

The Website may include, in particular:

• Visitors without registration (browsing only).
• Individual profiles (listings posted by individuals).
• Salons / venues (listings posted by salons).

5) Geographic focus

The Website is primarily focused on the Czech Republic. Users are responsible for complying with the laws of the place where they are located and/or where any arrangements or meetings take place.

6) Content, authenticity, and user responsibility

By posting a listing, photos, videos, text, or any other materials (“Content”), you confirm that:

• you have the legal rights and consents to publish the Content,
• the information and Content are truthful, current, and not misleading,
• you are not impersonating another person,
• you are not using someone else’s photos/videos or personal data without permission.

Users are fully responsible for the Content they publish.

The Website administration may also publish listings containing real information (no fiction). This does not change the requirement that all Content must comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

7) Prohibited content and conduct

You must not post or engage in, including but not limited to:

• any content involving minors or persons under 18,
• coercion, violence, threats, abuse, trafficking,
• content that violates applicable laws,
• posting copyrighted materials without rights/permission,
• impersonation, false information, deception,
• fraud, extortion, blackmail, non-consensual intimate content,
• spam or platform abuse,
• extremist or hateful content.

8) Watermarks, external links, and promotion of other websites

For individual profiles:

• Photos must not contain watermarks or links to other websites.
• Descriptions and other fields must not include external links or promotion of other websites.

If violated, a listing may be disabled by an administrator until the issues are corrected. The administration may provide notes/comments to guide corrections.

Exception for salons:

• Salons may include their business details and links (including branding) as long as this is lawful and not misleading.

9) Moderation and enforcement

Moderation is primarily post-moderation. The Website administration may:

• hide or disable a listing,
• remove Content,
• restrict an account,
• suspend or permanently ban an account.

If the administration finds false information or non-authentic/third-party materials, it may remove the listing. Repeated violations may result in a permanent ban. Enforcement is determined based on the nature of the violation.

10) Reports and rights holders

Reports are handled via email: info@europrivat.com.
Target response time: within 24 hours.

If you are a rights holder and believe your rights are being infringed, contact us with proof of ownership/rights. Upon verification, we will take appropriate action, including removing the Content.

11) Limitation of liability

The Website provides a technical listings platform only. Any arrangements, meetings, services, and payments happen outside the Website and outside the administration’s control.

The Website administration is not liable for:

• users’ actions outside the Website,
• the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any arrangements between users,
• the actual performance of any agreements.

12) Free access

As of the last update of these Terms, use of the Website is free of charge. The administration may change available features in the future and update these Terms accordingly.

13) Changes to these Terms

The administration may update these Terms at any time. The updated version becomes effective upon publication on the Website unless stated otherwise.

14) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in the Czech Republic, unless mandatory legal provisions require otherwise.
