We process photos you upload to your listing.

Our server automatically records technical information (e.g., IP address, date/time, device/browser details, server requests). This data is used mainly for operation, security, and diagnostics.

- create and manage accounts, login, and password recovery (performance of a contract / providing the service),
- publish and display listings (providing the service),
- ensure Website security, prevent abuse, and maintain logs (legitimate interests),
- handle user requests and reports (legitimate interests / legal obligation where applicable).
4) Public nature of listing information
Please note: information published in a listing is publicly available on the Website. Consider carefully what personal and contact data you choose to publish.
5) Sharing with third parties
The Website is not an intermediary between users and does not provide built-in messaging. However, we may share data with vendors necessary to operate the Website, such as:
- hosting / infrastructure providers (within the EU),
- email delivery providers (SMTP),
- other strictly necessary technical services.
We do not sell personal data.
6) Storage and processing location
Processing takes place within the EU/EEA.
As of the last update of this policy, photos are stored locally on the server.
7) Retention
- Account data: stored for as long as the account exists.
- Listing data: removed promptly when the listing is deleted.
- Account deletion: related data is removed promptly after account deletion.
- Server logs: retained only as long as necessary for security and operations (may vary by log type).
8) Account deletion
You can delete your account in profile settings by confirming your current password. Deletion is irreversible.
9) Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (e.g., secure password storage, access controls, infrastructure protection). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
